Refund Policy
When you are entitled to a refund and how we process it.

When we issue a refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued for the price of the item. Where an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the original delivery charge is also refunded.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment wherever possible. Please note that online card payment is currently being set up — payment provider pending. For any order arranged before our payment provider is live, we will agree the refund method with you directly and keep a written record.
Timescales
- We aim to process approved refunds within 5 working days of receiving your return.
- Once processed, it may take a few further working days for funds to appear, depending on the payment method.
Partial refunds
We may offer a partial refund if an item is returned with signs of use, missing parts or damage that was not reported on arrival. We will always explain the reason in writing before completing a partial refund.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, including the right to a refund for faulty goods. We do not offer price guarantees, credit or financing — refunds relate only to the goods you have purchased.
